The standard of Biology paper 2 is of high standard, the questions were properly framed
and covered a wide range of the syllabus.  The marking scheme was exhaustive as well. There was a significant improvement in the performance this year with a raw mean score
of 29 and standard deviation of 12.37 when compared with the raw mean score of 25 and
the standard deviation of 10.30 of M/J 2013 WASSCE.  The total number of candidates that sat for the examination was 1,415,341.
