Most candidates were able to state three business opportunities in the building industry.  However, few of them were unable to:

- state one function of ebonite strips used in terrazzo flooring.

- it divides the floor surface area into bays;
- it sets the level or thickness for the terrazzo finish;
- it allows for thermal expansion;
- it adds beauty to the floor surface.
