This was the most popular question in this Section. All the same, their performance was
poor as majority of them resulted to preaching and beating about the bush. The salient
points expected from them are: (i) Leaders should look after the flock of Christ with
tenderness. (ii) Not as if it were a burden hut willingly. (iii) They should avoid Satan at
all cost and be firm in their faith. (iv) God will reward them for their leadership role.
The 'b' part of the question was well attempted as they were able to give some problems
facing church leaders e.g. Opposition from government, Ethnicity, Doctrinal issue, status
of women etc. The overall performance in the question was average.
