Question 2

Question 2 was on the explanation of the accommodation sector of the hospitality industry, listing of service staff and listing of food nutrients. This question was popular among the candidates and their performance was good. The good performance can be attributed to the Part (c) of the question which required the candidates to list four food nutrients with examples. However, candidates mixed up service staff with kitchen staff in the Part (b) of the question.
