Majority of the candidates answered question 4. In questions 4 (a) and (b), candidates performed brilliantly in listing large kitchen equipment and points to consider when buying kitchen equipment, they seemed to have mastered this topic. However, in 4 (c) candidates did not perform as exceptionally as they did in (a) and (b). They did not know the different types of kitchen knives.
