Observation

In Question 2, an analogy of Mr. A and Mrs. B who walked into a restaurant to eat fish and beef dishes respectively, was presented .Candidates were required to list the accompaniments suitable for Mr. A, mention the tableware appropriate for serving Mrs. B and list the milk desserts suitable for both Mr. A and Mrs. B. Although this question was widely attempted by candidates, they were unable to give satisfactory responses to this question. For the accompaniments suitable for Mr. A, candidates did not understand the topic, hence performed woefully. In listing the table wares appropriate for serving Mrs. B, majority of candidates were unable to list appointments such as joint fork and joint knife. Question 2 was a technical question that required adequate in depth knowledge of the subject which the candidates lack. Hence, they were unable to answer this question correctly.
