Question 3 required the candidates to outline the procedures for the daily cleaning of an occupied hotel room. Candidates did not realise that questions that require procedures is not only about knowing the information required but also knowing the sequential processes. In this regard, candidates performed poorly in this question. Lack of exposure to practical works and excursions is reflected in the manner in which this question was answered.
