Candidates were required to

2. State factors to consider when introducing fullness in sleeves.
3. Give method each of arranging fullness in the following parts of a garment:
   1. waist of a skirt;
   2. waist of a blouse
   3. elbow of a long sleeve;
   4. crown of a sleeve;
   5. princess line.
4. Suggest ways of finishing the waistline of a skirt after arranging fullness.

OBSERVATION:

Candidates were able to answer correctly question 4a, b, ci, ii, iii, iv, d and performed excellently. Few of the candidates could not mention the method of arranging fullness in princess line. The expected answer is easing, gathers, pleats, tucks.
