Observation

The candidate is required to write a letter to the Editor of a national newspaper discussing the positive impact of the computer on education. Majority of the candidates treated this question as an official letter which is commendable. Most made use of well-developed paragraphs and formal language. However, some candidates were beating about the bush, so they performed poorly.
