Observation

The candidate is required to write a story that ends with the expression: Then, I realized that everyone is important in his or her own way.

Many of the stories written by the candidates did not conform to the structure of story-telling: beginning-climax-conclusion. Poor use of language also marred their narration. Though some candidates put up interesting stories that ended in agreement with the expression.
