Candidates' Weakness

Candidates were reported to show weakness in the following areas:

(1) timber preparation and finishing;

(2) cutting of rebate;

(3) completing the job within the given time.

SUGGESTED REMEDY FOR OVERCOMING WEAKNESSES

(1) candidates should be provided with dry timbers;

(2) candidates should be provided with appropriate and well sharpened hand tools;

(3) the size of the project should not be too bulky.
