This was a very popular question among the candidates and most of those who answered the question were able to score high marks. Such candidates were able to distinguish between the rotation and revolution of the earth.  Many of the candidates were also able to describe the effects of earth’s rotation and that of the earth’s revolution, but some of them merely listed the points without explanations which made them lose precious marks
