Observation
The stanzas were taken from the book WaKokin Hausa (Written poetry) and the candidates were required to identify the song from which the stanzas were taken, the composer of the song and the style used in the second stanza. Thus: (a) An tsakuro wadannan baitoci ne daga wakar 'Hana Zalunci.' (b) Malam Salihu Kwantagora ya wallafa ta (c) Salon kamance The performance of candidates in this question was not encouraging.
