Candidates were required to mention who made the statement “Wayyo! Wallahi ban sani ba. Don Allah yi haƙuri” in (a), where the statement was made in (b) and which issue brought about the statement in the folktale Gwi-Da-Yara.
Lack of in-depth knowledge of the recommended texts affected candidates’ performance. Therefore, they lacked proper recall of the events as was required of them.
