Observation
This question was attempted  by many candidates and their performance was very poor.  In part (a) candidates could not correctly list  important tests that a pregnant woman should undergo.  In part (b)(i) candidates could not correctly  mention the unit in an hospital which handles the pregnancy condition  illustrated in the diagram, in (b)(ii) candidates could not also state advisory  roles played by the unit of the hospital mentioned  in 2(b)(i).  
In part (c) candidates could  not correctly mention types of immunization that should be given to a person  during pregnancy condition.  Only few  candidates that mentioned type of immunization mention wrong answer such as HIV/AID  immunization.
In part (d) candidates could  not correctly mention habits that could affect the health of the person in the  condition illustrated negatively.
