Observation

Factors affecting family relationship was stated negatively as lack of love, employment etc.
The meaning of adolescence and common problems of adolescence were not properly answered.
The required answers to the questions are as follows:
(a) Factors that affect family relationship
Individual differences/personality traits, level of Education
Home conditions - crisis, conflicts, money, distance
Family size -large, small
Changes due to growth and development
Human needs - physical, social, psychological etc.
Parental attitudes - negative or positive
Child training methods - democratic, authoritarian and laissez-faire
Family values - moral, cultural etc
Communication - good, poor
(b)Meaning of Adolescence
Adolescence is the period of life between childhood and adulthood.It is a period marked by many changes in individual's life which affect the relationship with the parents and others.
( c) Common Problems of Adolescence
Adjustment - Adolescence is a stage of adjustment to new changes in physical, emotional and social growth.
Status - It is a stage of transition from childhood to adulthood.
They are confused as to where they belong.
Independence - At this stage, they crave for recognition and want to be seen as being capable to solve their own problems.
Need for achievement - It is a stage when adolescents struggle for achievement to assert themselves.
Physical needs - Growth at this stage is rapid therefore they eat a lot to sustain the rapid growth. They outgrow their clothes.
Emotional problem - Adolescents grow moody and withdrawn at this stage. They may be emotionally unstable.
