                        mwemwe oso 
                    This is a proverb that  required the explanation of the proverb with an 
                      illustration of a long or two short story/stories.  The proverb means that 
                      whoever is persecuting an innocent person will perish and the innocent 
                      will be saved. 
                      Few candidates attempted  this question and some of them did not explain 
                      the meaning of the proverb, before telling the story. 
                    
                       B.  Dee ka ndi obodo unu si emeputa gari. 
                      Candidates were required  to write a descriptive essay on how gari is being 
                      processed in their communities. 
                      The expected points were: 
                    
                      - ibuta  akpu n'ugbo 
                       
                      - ikpechasi  akpu ahu 
                       
                      - isachasi  akpu ahu 
                       
                      - ikwo  ya na njin dg. 
 
                    
                    Many candidates answered  this question but few could not write up to the 
                      required number of words. 
                    C. Dee  mkparitauka di n 'etiti Nneka na Adaeze gbasara nkwado di  icheiche 
                    ha na-eme maka  ncheta ubochi omumu enyi ha. 
                    Here, candidates were  required to write in dialogue form, a conversation 
                      between Nneka and Adaeze on their preparations towards their friend's 
                      birthday party. 
                      The points expected were: 
                    - Ubochi  a ga-eme ncheta omumu enyi ha 
 
                      - ebe  ha ga - ano mee mmemme a 
 
                      - ndi  egwu ha ga - akpo 
 
                      - udi  akwa ha ga - eyi ubochi ahu dg. 
 
                    
                    Very few candidates  attempted this question. Those candidates could not 
                      develop the essay with enough points.
                    
                    D. Dee maka njem nlegharianya ndi klaasi 1,l gara. 
                      Candidates were required  to write on the excursion trip with other 
                      classmates. 
                      They were expected to  mention: 
                      ebe na ubochi unu gara  njem ahu 
                      ihe kpatara unu jiri gaa njem 
                      nkwado maka njem ahu 
                      etu unu siri gaa dg. 
                      Candidates that attempted  this question, wrote up to the required number 
                      of words but failed to emphasise on the preparations they made before the 
                      trip.
                     E. Deere enyi gi no n 'uloakwukwo 9Z9 Zeta ka 9 bia  nonyere gi na mmemme 
                    asommpi 1:119 na 1,119 1,In1,l  ga - enwe. 
                    Candidates were to write  a letter to a friend, inviting himlher to an  Inter- 
                      house sports organized by their school. They were  expected to write the 
                      address, salutation, body of the letter and closure. 
                      Many of the candidates  attempted this question but failed to provide 
                      enough points in the body of the letter.
