Observation

This question (3a, I & ii) is a test of candidates’ knowledge of information and its uses. The 3b tested their knowledge on importance of a report and the difference between statutory and routine reports.

Candidates found this question a little technical and did not perform well on the aspect of information and its uses.
They performed well on the importance of a report but performed low on the explanation of the difference between statutory and routine reports. The candidates failed to point out the meaning of the two types of report.
