Observation

In question 4a candidates are expected to write a Notice of Meeting. But it proved to be very difficult for them. Majority of them could not write a proper notice of meeting. On question 4b (i & ii) candidates are expected to explain the two media of communication. They also found this question difficult. Question 4c was another difficult one for them, some of the candidates do not know the difference between attributes and classifications of the filing. The question was clearly stated and easy to understand but they do not know the right answers.
