The candidates’ weaknesses included their inability to:    

• Express themselves in simple English
• Prepare adequately for the examination by the students
• Cover the WAEC Syllabus by the teachers/students
• Embark on efficient teaching by the teachers.

The following remedies were suggested to overcome these weaknesses

• government should take the business of education as a serious issue;
• teachers should be well remunerated and motivated to impact knowledge
• government should provide facilities and equipment for schools to facilitate teaching of physical education.
