          (b)     State four ways of improving a company’s market share.

    COMMENT
           (a)    Many of the candidates do not know how to compare and to bring out differences between selling and marketing concepts.  These concepts are very fundamental in marketing and salesmanship.

(b)     Candidates mis-understood the ways to improve the market share of a company to mean dealing in shares in the capital market.  The following are some of the answers to the questions.
