Candidates were required to type on plain A4 paper, using the information to provide lines, using continuous leader dots for insertion of particulars.
The performance of candidates in this task was poor. This was a simple form and it was badly done. Ruling was frequently very poor and the allocation of space between the columns was unrealistic.
