Candidates were required to artistically display a notice of meeting in plain A4 or headed paper. 

Majority of the candidates scored very low in this task.  Candidates should learn the method of typing Notice of Meeting considering that AGENDA are typed in double-line-spacing.  Candidates should be much involved in practical assignment.
