Observation

This task required the candidates to type a memorandum on A4 paper in a single line spacing. 

Majority of the candidates scored high marks in this task.  Some of the problems identified were:

-           Candidates used double line spacing instead of single lines.
-           Candidates failed to obey marginal instructions.
-           Candidates failed to type the heading in caps.
