Candidates' Weakness

Candidates’ weaknesses are as follows:

1. negligence of the necessary things to enhance the design as required;
2. poor finishing;
3. poor proportions of figures ;
4. lack of adherence to instructions;
5. use of mechanical means as required in some instances was poor.

 
4.         SUGGESTED REMEDIES TO OVERCOME CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES

1. art teachers should teach the candidates and guide them properly;
2. candidates should read extensively and practice to get used to art generally;
3. pay attention to planning/executing/finishing their work;
4. field trips should be arranged for the candidates to familiarise themselves with various types/styles of art.
