The following weaknesses were discovered from the candidates’ responses to the given questions:
Poor freehand sketching of joints.
Poor knowledge of ironmongery.
Inability to state the components of a paint and their function.
To overcome these weaknesses, more assignments which will test those weaknesses listed above should be given to students. Also, students should visit standard Woodwork shops.
