General Comments

The standard of the paper compared to that of previous years is consistent without any compromise and stands the test of time. Candidates’ performance compared with those of previous years is better.
The questions were not ambiguous and they were within the scope of the syllabus. The rubrics were clearly stated and the Making Scheme comprehensively provided for all possible responses to the questions.
