This question number was popular among the candidates andmajority did well in it. However,
                  some candidates were stating the qualities of a good house rather than the factors to be considered
                  in siting a house.

An untrained person/personnel; who claims to possess certain services/product; with no scientific proof of effectiveness; and with the intention of defrauding members of the public.
