The performance of the candidates in this question was below average. Most of them missed out “lawful purpose” in their definition of meeting as a result they could not score the point. 

The expected answers were as follows:

     purpose.

2. Adoption occurs when members accept a motion, the agenda or minutes of the meeting concerned.
3. Adjournment is the deferment of the continuation of a meeting to a later date for discussion of its unfinished business.
