Majority of candidates that answered this question performed very well and most of the candidates were able to list the classes of carbohydrate and give examples of each class of carbohydrate. The candidates wrote the answers correctly and more than the required points. However, in the ‘c’ part of the question, candidates were unable to guidelines for feeding a toddler, they failed to write that it gives infants balanced/adequate meals especially rich in protein and vitamin for growth and development andtheir meals should be at regular time/on time/served punctually
