Majority of the candidates did not attempt these questions and those that attempted the ‘a& c’ parts performed poorly. They were unable mention flour dishes, one drink that can be made from ginger and list fermented flavourings and citrus flavourings.However, the (b) part was well attempted by majority of candidates and they answered correctly. The candidates performed very well.
