 This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was good.  In part (a) candidates correctly name observable activities in the illustrated diagram.  In part (b) candidates also correctly named the diseases associate with the activities illustrated in the diagram.  In part (c) majority of the candidates correctly stated measures of correcting human activities illustrated in the diagram.
