General Comments on the paper as a whole

The standard of the paper was the same as those of the previous years. The questions were simple, direct and in consonance with the stipulation of the syllabus; the marking scheme was adequate and comprehensive. However, candidates’ performances slightly decreased this year when compared to that of last year.
