In question 3(a), the candidates were to explain implementation and evaluation. This was a popular question among candidates. Majority of the candidates answered correctly but a few of the candidates defined implementation and evaluation as planning and organizing instead of
Implementation stage: is putting the plan into action and supervising to make sure that the activities are moving in the desired direction and Evaluation stage: as the assessment of the entire management process. It is in this stage that the homemaker finds out how the family resources have been used to meet family goals. Majority of the  candidates performed brilliantly in 3(b) where they list types of (i) goal; (ii) value; (iii) standard. Majority of them gave more answers than required such as
(i)  Goal:   Long – term;
          Short-term;
          Instrumental.
(ii) Value:
     Intrinsic;
     Instrumental.

(iii) Standard:
     Content;
     Flexible;
