Points expected to be developed by the candidates:
(a) The information from the foreman to all the workers about the pending visit of the chairman of the company Mr.Henry Ford
(b) The general clearing of the whole factory, using hot water, with brushes and electric mops.
(c) Painting and marking of safety precautions, this is done in different colours and translated into the native language of black workers, for the first time in the history of the company.
(d) The workers are directed to have a hot shower so that they can look clean and fresh. Soap and new towels, new working tools and overalls are given to each worker.
(e) New fire proof aprons were also given to all the black workers and they were made to sing to show that they are happy with their job.
(f) With all the efforts put in to make the factory very clean, the workers are quite happy but when the chairman arrives, they are all disappointed because he never looked into the factory nor notice the workers.
Few candidates answered this question and they merely narrated the story.
