The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of previous  years. The questions achieved good coverage of the syllabus. The rubrics were  clear and concise while the marking scheme was flexible and adequate.
                        The candidates with a population of   910 had a raw mean score of 24 and a standard deviation of 8.44  indicating poorer performance than that of   the November/December 2007 WASSC with a  candidature of   4741, a raw mean score of 25 and a standard deviation of 7.58.
