Procedure: Candidate executes throw-in from the sideline into the field at target.

Stance
- the body is relaxed
(ii) close to the sideline
(iii) feet on the ground
(iv) toes pointing forward
(v) legs apart / astride position
Body position
(i) in an erect position
(ii) face direction of throw
(iii) head straight
(iv) focus at target
(v) ball in hands
Execution
(i) two hands with the ball extended backward/behind the head
(ii) body slightly tilted backward
(iii) two hands with the ball extended forward
(iv) ball is thrown / released with force
(v) follow through
Product Evaluation
The purpose is to measure the ability of the candidate to throw-in ball as far as possible.
The point at which the ball lands on the marked field is recorded as the score. Three attempts are allowed and the best is scored.
