Study specimens N, O, P and Q carefully and answer the following questions.
(a) Name three industries that use each of specimens N and O. [ 6 marks ] (b) State five effects of specimen P on the host. [ 5 marks ]
(c) State four ways of controlling specimen Q on the farm. [ 4 marks ]
Observation
This question was well attempted by the candidates. Most of the candidates were able to name the industries that use specimens N (Bone) and O (Egg) but they could not state the effects of specimen P (Roundworm) on the host as required in 4(a) and (b) respectively.
Finally, majority of the candidates were able to state the ways of controlling specimen Q (Roundworm) on the farm.
