Few candidates were able to:

-  indicate the correct sizes of the elements shown;
-    show the method of using rag bolt or metal strap in anchoring roof to the ring beam;
-    dimension the sectional plan of the wardrobe correctly.

However, majority of the candidates failed to show the:

-  steel reinforcement in the reinforced concrete ring beam;
-    bed joints of the sandcrete blockwall drawn in section;
-   12mm rendering/plastering to the sandcrete blockwall.
