Question 5 was widely attempted by candidates and their responses were totally satisfactory. In 5 (a), they were able to state the advantages of a well-planned kitchen which includes enhances easy flow of movement, allows good ventilation, ensures adequate lighting.
In the same vain, candidates answered 5 (b) where they correctly stated the categories of kitchen equipment which include large equipment / fixed equipment, mechanical equipment / labour saving equipment, small equipment / utensil, miscellaneous equipment and food processing equipment
