Question 2 was on the ways that food can be contaminated and the thickening agents for sauces. Majority of the candidates gave examples of contaminated foods and the medium of contamination instead of the ways that food can be contaminated. Also, candidates listed thickening agents that are not meant for sauces such as groundnut and bean seed.
