Question 5a was popular among the candidates and it was one of their strengths. Majority of the candidates correctly stated the causes of common accidents in the kitchen, however, some of them listed the common accidents in the kitchen instead of the causes. In question 5b where candidates were supposed to state personal hygiene practices in catering, some of them answered correctly while many of them stated environmental hygiene.
