Candidates displayed their strength in question 2 (b), (c) and 3 (b).
Candidates were able to give different reasons for coating fish in 2 (b) and the ingredients for coating fish in 2 (c). In the same vain, they performed extraordinarily by stating the correct uses of serviettes in 3 (b).
