This question was less popular as many candidates failed to attempt it. The performance of most candidates who answered it was below average. Candidates were able to tackle the A part much better than the B part. Students could not tell the roles of NAPTIP in curbing trafficking. Expected points candidates were to state in the B part include;

2. Inter-agency rivalry/lack of cooperation among bodies fighting against trafficking.

6. Difficulty in identifying victims/uncooperative attitude of victims.
7. Poor enforcement of human trafficking laws by the relevant agencies
8. Connivance of security officials .
9. Corruption.
10. Poor motivation/condition of service of staff of relevant agencies.
11. Threat to victims’ families by perpetrators.
12. Inadequate information on victims.
13. Vulnerability of victims.
