In this question candidates were required to
(a) Explain consumer education to a First Year Senior High School Home Economics student.
(b) State reasons why it is important to study consumer education.
(c) Explain rights of a consumer when shopping for clothing items.
(d) State two differences between wholesalers and retailers.

Many candidates were unable to answer questions 1a correctly and performed very poorly but performed excellently in questions 1b, 1c and 1d.
