In this question, candidates were requested to:

(a) Explain ways of collecting information for new recipes.

(b) Highlight ways by which research can help encourage the use of local foodstuffs.

 

 

OBSERVATION

 

Candidates did not respond positively to this question and it was one of the weaknesses they exhibited. The candidates were unable to explain the ways of collecting information for new recipes and ways by which research can help encourage the use of local foodstuffs correctly. Therefore the candidates performed poorly.
