Question4a required the candidates to define entrepreneur and entrepreneurship. However, many of them attempted the question in economic terms and not relating them to garment making. In an attempt to answer 4b which required them to list and explain the  points to consider when setting up a small business in garment making, many candidates got the points but could not explain them.
