Observation

This was another popular question and the candidates’ performance was average. They really had a good idea of the question. However, a few candidates performed poorly and score low marks. The candidates were expected to write the following points as answers to the question.

1. Existence of two levels of government i.e. Federal and component units.
2. Supremacy of the Federal constitution.
3. The constitution is written.
4. The constitution is rigid.
5. There is a bicameral legislature.

            (vi)       Existence of a Federal Supreme Court.
(vii)      Denial of the right to secede.
(viii)     Formal division of powers.
(ix)       Dual allegiance of citizens sharing formula.
