In question 2(a) Majority of the candidates preformed excellently and the question was widely attempt by the candidates. Majority of the candidates wrote their answer such as.
They answered as follows: Is any person who purchases and uses goods and services OR an individual who buys goods and services for personal use.

2(b) was on sources of consumer information and majority of the candidates answered correctly, but some candidates mention buying in bulk, buy food in season, shopping
list instead of Consumer’s own experience;
-family members and friends;
-advertisement;
-sales agent or staff;
-manufacturer’s leaflet;
-label on goods;
-mass media.

2(c) was on responsibilities of a consumer. This question was well answered by majority of the candidates such as; Being responsible; Being courteous; Being considerate; Being honest.
