Observation

Candidates were asked in the first part to define a pronoun, list four letters that can serve as pronouns and its types. In the second part, they were asked to define a noun, give its types and clasify some listed words.

The following responses were expected:
Pronoun is a word used to replace the noun in a sentence.
The letters that can serve as pronouns – a, e, i, ị, o, ọ, u, ụ
Types of pronouns – nnọchionwe, nnọchionye, nnọchinke, nnọchimpesịn, etc.
Noun is a name of a person, place, animal or thing.
Types of noun: ahaaka, ahaizugbe, ahaigwe, ahauche, etc.


To which group these words belong:

  • ikuka – ahauche
  • Uchenna - ahaaka
  • ugbua - ahankwuwa
